Pricing

Is there a setup fee for each store?

There is no setup fee. Once you are running a pikiware affiliate system, you can create unlimited stores for free.

What does the transaction limit refer to?

Each plan comes with a dollar amount of transaction you can process within the system. This is the total value of transactions processed each month within the system.

What happens if I go over the transaction limit?

Any amount over the included transaction limit is charged at the same rate as that plan. For example the value plan without affiliate system costs $150 per month. With this plan you get $4000 worth of transactions. If you go over $4000 for the month you will be charged at 3.75%.

Do I have to pay to try out the system?

To create a fulfillment system you have to pay. You can experience what it like running a store though for free. To do this signup through http://www.pikistore.com. This will create a fully functional store of which you are not the fulfillment house.

What does it mean by "transactions calculated from"? Wholesale? Retail?

When you are not running an affiliate system, you will only have 1 store. If we billed you at your wholesale rate you could make your product worth 1 cent each, then apply a large markup though your store, effectively bypassing the transaction limit.

What is stopping me bypassing your transaction limit when running an affiliate system?

We have a system on place that analysis heuristics over all stores. This picks up any strange inconsistencies with price models. And we will look into it and contact you directly. Doing this is in breach of our terms and conditions.

Stores

How do I manage my stores?

We supply an online management system for each store. The storeowner can login and gain access to this.

Can I set up more than 1 store?

When you are running an affiliate system you can create as many stores as you like.

Can customers manage their own store?

Yes, customers can manage their own store independent of you, the fulfillment house. All orders of course will come back to you.

Appearance

Do you have templates?

We supply a large range of templates you can use for your site. All templates are highly customizable so you can make them look how you like.

Can I customize my shop design?

You can customize the template colors and images. For further customization we even allow you to edit the CSS and HTML directly. Your store can look however you like.

I can write HTML, can I code my own site?

You cannot code your own site from scratch, but we do allow you to override the template, thus giving you an immense amount of flexibility to create a custom store.

Can I get a custom site designed?

Yes, we supply a custom service that will create your site if you are not design savvy and want a custom solution. The site will still sit within the site framework.

Merchandise

Can I add my own merchandise?

Yes you can, not only does pikiware supply a large database of products, you can add your own products you print on.

What products do you support?

As you can add your own product with custom printing areas, any product can be added.

Can customers design their own products?

Yes they can, customers can visit any of the stores running through your fulfillment system and design their own product, and they do this using the online designer

Affiliate Network

How do I keep track of all my stores?

You as the fulfillment system get a management panel that lets you view and track all your stores. You get access to the storeowners’ details and how many orders they are sending you.

How do I pay my stores?

Each store gets paid via Paypal. Each store can enter their Paypal details into the system; you as the fulfillment system also enter your Paypal details. Your dashboard will tell you how much money you require in your Paypal account to pay your affiliate stores. This will happen monthly.

Can I delete a store?

You cannot delete a store that has not been created by you, however, it the store falls outside of the terms and conditions, you can report it to pikiware, and pikiware will look into it. If a store has content that does not agree with you, you may report it and we can move it off your system for you.

What happens to my stores if I stop my fulfillment system?

As your fulfillment system potentially has stores running through it not managed or created by you, there is a problem if you stop running the system. If this happens, we transfer the stores to a neighbouring fulfillment system. This way the stores keep running and the orders remain fulfilled.

E-commerce

How do I receive money?

We have partnered with payment gateways. You have to create a merchant account. Once you have done this you fill in the required information into the system. Once this is complete, orders placed will be funding your bank account.

How does my store receive payment for orders?

Customers pay for their orders via credit card

What payment gateways do you support?

Currently we support SecurePay, PayJunction, Paypal (Paypal Website Payments Pro US and Paypal Express Checkout) and Authorize.Net. We are adding more as demand warrants.

How do you bill me?

We bill you via your credit card. This is entered when you first create your fulfillment system.

What happens with returns?

The system has a built in return system; this will automatically refund the customers credit card if required. A system is in place to keep track of orders, refunds and notes taken.

Can I give discounts based on volume?

Yes. You can create multi-level discount structures.

Orders

How do I get access to my orders?

This can be achieved via the fulfillment management system. To begin, login to your store with your username and password. You will gain access to the fulfillment system and from here you may view and manage your orders.

Will the system notify me of new orders?

Yes, an email is sent to you every time a new order is placed.

How big are the images sent through to me?

The images are 300dpi PNGs with transparency, perfect for printing.

What happens if the customer designs something that is to low resolution?

The online designer will warn the customer that the image uploaded is not of a suitable resolution if they try and size it too large. The customer then has to agree to a statement warning them that the print may look blurry and may not be of high quality. This is something the customer has to agree to before they can place the order.

Do I have to use a particular printing process / printer manufacturer?

No. We are not tied to any particular printing methodology or printing manufacturer. Our software will work with everyone.

Freight

Can I add my own freight costs?

Yes, you can add various freight methods, and calculate the costs for different product types.

I give discounts for freight based on volume; can this be done?

Yes, you can set a bulk quantity and the new cost for this bulk level.

Store Domains

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can map your domain(s) to your store. You can also add your domains to the system, so stores can be created form them.

How does the affiliate store’s URL work if they do not want a dedicated URL?

By default they will be created from a piki URL, eg storename.pikiware.com. If you have added your own domain name(s) to the system, they will have these to choose from.

Can I remove the piki domains?

Yes, you can choose to remove the default piki domains from the list.

Do you have a trial account?

Can I see what the store interface is like?

Sure, you can create a free store running of http://www.pikistore.com. This of course does not expose the fulfillment system; it is just as though it is a store running through your fulfillment system.

What support can I get for free?

You get access to the forums for free. We are continually adding more video tutorials.

What do I get with my support contract?

You get an email address and skype number you can call in support hours. You get a support section within your dashboard so you can log your support queries. We answer support questions within 1 working business day.
